ZFQZ DC Motor For Frequent Starting And Braking

The ZFQZ series DC motor is a product line developed based on the Z4 series DC motor, incorporating key manufacturing technologies from the ZZJ-800 series. The motor's moment of inertia is only 45% and 65% of the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series respectively, making it highly suitable for harsh operating conditions involving frequent reversing, starting, and braking . The motor exhibits excellent overload characteristics , with its maximum torque and starting torque reaching 112% and 117% of the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series, respectively. The motor weight is only 65% of the ZZJ-800 series.

The motor's power ratings comply with the international standard IEC 34-13, "Technical Specification for Auxiliary Motors for Cranes and Metallurgical Applications." The motor's overall dimensions conform to the IEC 72 international standard, except for the axial dimension "B" between the two base mounting holes. When equipped with a baseplate, the motor can achieve main installation dimensions consistent with the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series. Furthermore, shaft extension dimensions corresponding to the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series can be manufactured upon agreement. Consequently, this motor can serve as a replacement for the ZZJ-800 and ZZJ-900 series products.
