The YJTKK4501-4 high-voltage variable-frequency adjustable-speed three-phase asynchronous motor is the latest series of new products designed by our company based on the YKK series motor. High-voltage variable-frequency adjustable-speed three-phase asynchronous motors offer significant advantages in energy savings for equipment such as fans, water pumps, and compressors.
The YJTKK4501-4 high-voltage motor can be used in industries such as power plants, water treatment plants, petrochemicals, metallurgy, and mining. Applications include compressors, water pumps, fans, and other mechanical equipment. It offers advantages such as high efficiency, low noise, minimal vibration, light weight, reliable quality, and convenient installation and maintenance.
Currently, in many organizations, equipment like fans, water pumps, and compressors often suffer from a serious mismatch where a large motor drives a small load (commonly described as "a big horse pulling a small cart"). For instance, with fans, the required air volume changes due to variations in working conditions and production output. The conventional approach mostly involves adjusting the opening of the inlet and outlet valves. However, this method achieves the desired result by increasing air resistance and sacrificing fan efficiency, leading to substantial energy losses. If variable-frequency speed control technology is applied to change the equipment's operating speed and regulate the air volume, it can not only meet production requirements but also achieve energy savings. Additionally, it reduces wear on dampers and pipelines caused by adjusting the dampers, as well as the economic losses resulting from frequent shutdowns for maintenance.
