The 220KW Air-water Cooled High-voltage Three-phase Asynchronous Motor

The 220KW air-water cooled high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor is a squirrel-cage rotor asynchronous motor. The protection class of this series of motors is IP44 or IP54, and the cooling method is ICW81A.

This series of motors is based on the mechanical industry standard energy efficiency grading. The energy efficiency level of this series is Grade 3. Relying on over 30 years of high-voltage motor design and production experience, it is comprehensively optimized through traditional electromagnetic calculation and finite element analysis, reasonably controlling and distributing various loss values, aiming for motor efficiency values superior to the energy efficiency grading standard. 

The motor main body adopts a box-type steel plate welded structure. The stator uses Class F insulation with VPI treatment. The rotor is dynamically balanced at the rated speed. Bearings use high-quality domestic and international brands, ensuring safe and trouble-free operation of the motor.

The structure and mounting arrangement of this series of motors is IMB3. The duty type is based on the continuous duty cycle (S1). The motor's rated frequency is 50Hz, and the rated voltage is 6KV or 10KV. For other voltage levels or special requirements, these can be agreed upon with the customer during order placement.

When viewed from the shaft extension end, 2-pole motors rotate clockwise. If counterclockwise rotation is required by the user, this must be specified when placing the order.
