I. Introduction
The YJTG series variable-frequency adjustable-speed three-phase asynchronous motor is a new generation of variable-frequency motors developed to meet market demands, based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology and summarizing our factory's years of experience in producing the YJT series variable-frequency motors. In terms of electromagnetic design, adjustments were made to the stator and rotor slot shapes, winding types, and connections, enabling it to adapt to power supply from frequency converter sources. It ensures both overload capacity at high frequencies and constant torque output at low frequencies. In terms of structural design, the mounting dimensions are identical to those of the Y series motors, and except for the length dimensions, other external dimensions are also the same as the Y series motors, offering strong interchangeability and facilitating user integration.

YJTG represents the motor model
200 represents the center height (mm)
L represents the frame length code
1 represents the core length code
4 represents the number of motor poles
The YJTG series variable-frequency adjustable-speed three-phase asynchronous motors utilizes an independent axial flow fan for forced ventilation, ensuring effective cooling across the entire frequency range and keeping the temperature rise within specified limits.
The speed control system formed by the YJTG series variable-frequency adjustable-speed three-phase asynchronous motor and a frequency conversion device offers significant energy-saving effects, excellent speed regulation performance, and a wide speed range compared to other speed control methods. Characterized by low noise and minimal vibration, it can be matched with various domestic and international frequency converters. It is widely applicable in constant torque and constant power speed regulation scenarios in industries such as light industry, textiles, chemicals, metallurgy, and machine tools, as well as for energy-saving speed control of fans and pumps, contributing to the automation control of speed regulation systems.
The 4-pole motors of the YJTG series comply with the stipulations of "Technical Conditions for Small Variable-Frequency Variable-Voltage Adjustable-Speed Motors and Power Supplies" JB/T 7118-93. Motors with other pole numbers comply with IEC 34-1 and also conform to GB/T 755.
