Motor Overview
The IC611-cooled 1120KW series (H500, H560, H630) high-voltage motor is a squirrel-cage rotor induction motor with a protection class of IP44, IP54, or IP55 (as per standard GB/T1993).
Xi'an SIMO IC611-cooled 1120KW series high-voltage motor features high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, minimal vibration, lightweight design, reliable performance, and easy installation and maintenance .
This motor series is suitable for driving various machinery, such as ventilators, compressors, water pumps, crushers, machine tools , and other equipment. It can also serve as a prime mover for coal mines, machinery industries, power plants, and various industrial enterprises .
The motor's structure and mounting type are IMB3 , with a continuous duty cycle (S1 ) as the standard rating. The rated frequency is 50Hz , and the rated voltage is 6KV or 10KV . Other voltage levels or special requirements can be customized upon order.

Enclosed frame structure:
The motor adopts a welded steel plate frame , offering lightweight construction and high rigidity . Protective covers and access panels are provided on both sides and the top of the frame, allowing easy inspection and maintenance.
Stator design:
The stator features a slip-in external press-fit structure . The stator winding uses Class F low-resin insulation , with securely fixed and bound ends. The vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) process with solvent-free varnish ensures excellent insulation, mechanical strength, and moisture resistance.
Bearing options:
Both rolling bearings and sleeve bearings are available, depending on the motor's power and speed. The standard protection class is IP54 , which may be upgraded if higher motor protection is required.
