Technical Advantages
The 2500KW AC Synchronous Motor is developed by Simo Motor, featuring high rotational speed and allowing direct full-voltage starting. During startup, the rotor circuit should be connected with a starting resistor 10 times the resistance of the field winding.
The AC Three-Phase Synchronous Motor offers high torque and constant speed, maintaining a stable synchronous speed even under drastic load variations.
Primarily used for Drive Ventilation Fan, pumps, motor-generator sets, and other general-purpose machinery.

Structural Description (Instruction of Construction)

The T-series motor adopts a horizontal structure , with cooling methods including:
Open self-ventilated cooling
Duct or semi-duct ventilation
Enclosed self-circulating ventilation

The motor can be designed with single-end or double-end shaft extensions .
Rotation Direction
When viewed from the slip ring end , the motor rotates counterclockwise . The rotation direction can be adjusted as required, but the fan blades must be modified accordingly .

Constructed as an integral welded steel structure .
Both the frame and bearing housing are mounted on a steel plate welded base .
Stator Core
Made of 0.5mm-thick silicon steel laminations , secured to the frame with tension bolts .

Lap winding with Class F insulation , equipped with corona protection measures .
The winding ends are firmly bound and undergo entire VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) varnish treatment .

Composed of laminated thin steel pole pieces .
The pole core is fitted with a pole coil and mounted on the hub.

Wound from flat copper wire , insulated to Class F standards .
Bearings
Consist of a cast iron bearing housing and babbitt metal-lined bearing bushes .

Excitation System
Equipped with a thyristor (SCR) excitation device , which can be supplied by our company as a complete set .

The slip rings feature an assembled structure .
Brushes are housed in constant-pressure brush holders , connected via conducting plates .The entire brush assembly is fixed on the bearing side .
