Introduction

30kw PMSM motor is a synchronous motor that uses permanent magnets as the rotor magnetic field. It combines the high energy density of permanent magnets with the high efficiency and high power factor of synchronous motors, and is widely used in various industrial products. The energy efficiency level meets the IE5 PM synchronous motor level standard in the IEC standard. Its stator winding usually adopts a three-phase winding, powered by an AC power supply, and a permanent magnet is installed on the rotor. The magnetic field generated by these permanent magnets interacts with the rotating magnetic field generated by the stator winding to make the rotor rotate synchronously. Since the rotor does not require excitation current, the excitation loss is reduced, making the motor more efficient, usually 5-10% higher than the induction motor of the same power level. The power factor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is close to 1, which means that the motor has less impact on the power grid during operation and can use electrical energy more efficiently.
