ZFQZ 400v DC Motor

The ZFQZ series DC motor is a series of products developed by China Simo company on the basis of the Z4 series DC motor and combined with the main technology of the ZZJ-800 series motor. The rotational inertia of the motor is only 45% of the ZZJ-800 series and 65% of the ZZJ-900 series. ZFQZ motor is especially suitable for harsh working conditions with frequent forward and reverse directions and starting and braking. The motor has excellent overload characteristics, and its maximum torque is 112% and 117 times that of the ZZJ-800 series and the ZZJ-900 series respectively; the weight of the motor is only 65% of the ZZJ-800 series. The motor power level complies with the international standard IEC34-13 "Technical Conditions for Auxiliary Motors for Lifting and Metallurgy". The overall dimensions of the motor comply with IEC72 standards except for the "B" size. Through technical processing, the motor can obtain the same installation dimensions as ZZJ-800/ZZJ-900. Therefore, it can replace the ZZJ-800/ZZJ-900 series products.

1,The frame of the ZFQZ 400V DC motor is an octagonal thin steel lamination structure, which has high space, compact internal structure, small moment of inertia, light weight, and adaptability to SCR power supplying.

2,All the motors have compensation winding, so that the motor has excellent commutation performance and overload capacity.

3,The motor has an insulation rating of Class F and is solvent-free vacuum pressure impregnated (VPI). Winding insulation has good insulation properties and mechanical strength.

4,The commutation piece is a vertical plate integral structure, and the tie plate and the armature coil are connected by tungsten inert gas shielded welding (TIG).

5,The armature core adopts a chute structure, which can effectively reduce vibration and noise.

6,Motor adopts rolling bearing and non-stop refueling structure.

The motor cooling method is separate cold, forced ventilation, that is, the motor comes with radial riding blower or duct ventilation or with air/water cooler. The corresponding relationship between protection level and cooling mode is shown in Table 2.The cooling air volume, air pressure and fan motor power are shown in Table 3, and the air/water cooler circulating fan power cooling water flow is shown in Table.
