Z Large Dc Motor

China Simo Z series medium-size DC motor, with center height 355 ~ 1000mm is designed with medium size frame based on Z4 series DC motor. The performance, outline and installation dimensions and technical requirements of this series of motors are accord with JB/9577- 1999 standards and IEC international standards, motor mechanical dimensions, tolerances are accord with ISO international standards.

Z series medium-size DC motor is developed and improved based on Z4 series DC motor. The motor has outstanding advantages of wide speed control, good overloading capability, and good adaptation according to different working environment.

This series of motors can be supplied not only by DC generator group, but also more suitable for static rectifying power supply. And moment of inertia is small, the dynamic performance is good, and can withstand a higher rating of load changes, especially suitable for control systems that require smooth speed control, high efficiency, automatic speed stability, sensitive response.

This series of motor has advantages of high efficiency and low noise, etc.

Ambient temperature is -15℃~+40℃; Altitude ≤1KM; and monthly average air humidity ≤90% (If temperature is 25℃).

This series of medium-size DC motor mainly applies in all kinds of industrial departments, such as metallurgical industrial rolling mill, metal cutting machine, paper-making, dyeing and weaving, printing, cement, plastic extrusion machines, etc.
