Z2 Dc Universal Motor

China Simo Z2 small size DC universal motor is complies with JB/T 1104-68.This series of motors is divided into 11 frame numbers, every frame number has two iron length. It can be produced into dc motor ,dc generator ,dc adjust voltage generator.

Z2 series of small size DC universal motor is general industrial DC motor with brushed commutator. It requires constant power speed range no larger than 2:1, and overload capacity no larger than 1.5 times of electric traction of rated torque. The basic structure of motor adopts drop-proof uniaxial extension, self-fan cooled structure, applying in general normal operation conditions.

The excitation type is shunt exciting and rated voltage is 110v or 220v . It can be made with functions of anti-humidity, anti salt fog of hot and humid zone (TH) DC motor.

Z2 DC universal motor has fine speed adjusting characteristic, reliable property and no need of direct AC power supply. It is with internal fan and self-ventilation.

Ambient temperature is -15℃~+40℃; Altitude ≤1KM; and monthly average air humidity ≤90% (If temperature is 25℃).

This series of DC universal motor applies in industries of metal cutting machine, paper-cutting, dyeing and weaving, printing, cement, etc.
