Introduction
TCYP5-180L-6 is a variable frequency speed regulating three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, belonging to the TYP5 series. This series of motors is developed, designed and produced by SIMO Motor. It is a new product with high efficiency, large starting torque and low energy consumption. Its design complies with GB/T 4942.1 and IEC 60034-5 regulations.
It has the following characteristics:
• Permanent magnet rotor: The permanent magnet rotor design makes the motor have higher efficiency and power density than the induction motor.
• High efficiency: It avoids the loss of the rotor excitation system and improves the efficiency by 5-10%.
• High power factor motor: No electric excitation is required, and the power factor can be close to 1.
• Wide speed regulation range: The speed regulation system composed of the variable frequency drive device can maintain high efficiency in the full speed regulation range.
• Large starting torque: The starting torque and overload capacity of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are one power level higher than those of the asynchronous motor.
• Low noise and low vibration: Reasonable slot-pole matching and electromagnetic design make the operating noise lower.
• Beautiful appearance: The motor has beautiful appearance and compact structure.
