Introduction
ZSN4 series DC motors are special motors designed for cement rotary kiln load conditions. They adopt an octagonal structure, have high stator space utilization and laminated stator yoke, and can withstand pulsating current and high current change rate. If a three-phase fully controlled bridge rectifier power supply is used, no external smoothing reactor is required. The motor adopts F-class insulation structure, has a large capacity, and is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of starting torque up to 2.5 times the rated torque. In addition, the ZSN4 series motor adopts duct ventilation cooling, which enables it to operate safely and reliably in harsh environments with large dust.
