Introduction
DC cement motors, especially the ZSN4 series, are special DC motors designed for cement rotary kiln load conditions.It was developed and made by XIAN SIMO MOTOR.
Structural design: The ZSN4-355-12 series DC motor adopts an octagonal structure, with high stator space utilization and a laminated stator yoke that can withstand pulsating current and high current change rate conditions.
This design enables the motor to operate stably in environments with drastic load changes such as cement rotary kilns.
Insulation grade: The motor adopts F-class insulation structure to ensure stable insulation performance and good heat dissipation.
Starting torque: Designed and manufactured according to the specific working conditions of cement rotary kilns, the starting torque of the motor can reach 2.5 times the rated torque, ensuring that sufficient torque can be provided at startup.
Cooling method: It is duct ventilation cooling motor, so that the motor can operate safely and reliably in harsh environments with large dust.
Usage conditions: The motor can operate at rated altitudes not exceeding 1000m and the temperature of the cooling medium entering the motor does not exceed 40℃. The motor is in continuous duty (S1), and the armature circuit and excitation can be powered by a static rectifier power supply, and can also be powered by a DC generator set.
