Large Air-to-Air Cooled 3 phase ac slip ring induction motor (center height from 710mm to 1000mm), which complies with GB/T13957-2008. The protection degree of the motor is of IP44/IP54/IP55 and the cooling method is of IC611. The motor has such advantage as high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, light weight and reliable performance. They are easy for installation and maintenance. The structure and the mounting type is of IMB3 with continuous duty (S1). The rated frequency is 50Hz and the rated voltage is 6000V, other voltage requirements or special requirements should be negotiate with the manufacturer before order is placed. Large Air-to-Air Cooled 3 phase ac slip ring induction motor

Large Air-to-Air Cooled 3 phase ac slip ring induction motor (center height from 710mm to 1000mm), which complies with GB/T13957-2008. The protection degree of the motor is of IP44/IP54 and the cooling method is of IC611.

The motor has such advantage as high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, light weight and reliable performance. They are easy for installation and maintenance.

This motor can generate larger starting torque at the state of relatively lower starting current. It used where the capacity of the feeder line is insufficient to start a squirrel cage motor or where the longer starting time and frequent starting are needed or where adjustment of speed is needed within a limited range such as windlass, press machines, drawing machines.

The structure and the mounting type is of IMB3 with continuous duty (S1). The rated frequency is 50Hz and the rated voltage is 6000V, other voltage requirements or special requirements should be negotiate with the manufacturer before order is placed.

Accessory Equipments

Cooling Blower: For variable frequency motors using IC616 (separate blower cooling), attention should be paid to the cooling blower's power supply requirements.

Space Heater: In high-humidity environments, space heaters (220V/380V) should be used to prevent moisture from damaging the motor's insulation.

Thermometric Element (PT100): High-voltage motors are equipped with PT100 temperature sensors: 6 sensors on the stator winding (2 sensors per phase) and one sensor each on the drive end (DE) and non-drive end (NDE) bearings. An external temperature monitor (provided by the customer) can measure the actual temperature of the windings and bearings.

Oil Pump: Motors with a central height above 500mm (2-pole) and central height above 710mm typically use pressure-circulated oil lubrication for sleeve bearings. Customers usually need to provide an oil pump for lubrication and cooling. Self-lubricating motors should be discussed with the manufacturer.

Current Transformer (CT): Motors with power greater than 2000kW should be equipped with current transformers (CTs) for differential protection by monitoring the motor's circuit current.

Vibration Measurement: Motors can be equipped with vibration measurement elements (upon customer request) to measure bearing vibration. Two elements are usually installed per bearing. The customer needs to provide an external vibration meter.
