Introduction
ZSN4 series DC motors are special products developed based on the Z4 series DC motors and according to the working characteristics of the main drive of cement rotary kilns. This series of motors adopts a polygonal structure with high space utilization. The stator yoke is a laminated type, which is suitable for rectifier power supply and can withstand pulsating current and working environments with rapid current changes. The motor insulation grade is F, and a reliable insulation structure and impregnation process are used to ensure the stability of insulation performance and good heat dissipation.
In addition, the starting torque of this series of motors can reach 2.5 times the rated torque, which is suitable for the dusty environment of cement plants. The cooling method of duct ventilation is adopted to ensure safe and reliable operation in harsh environments. Application scenarios ZSN4 series DC motors are mainly used in the main drive system of cement rotary kilns. They can operate stably in dusty environments and are suitable for various cement production equipment.
