Fuel Pump Motor for train adopt a new type of fully laminated octagonal frame, which has a high stator space utilization rate, small volume, small moment of inertia, and good dynamic performance. They can withstand pulse currents and high current change rates. These motors can endure the shocks and vibrations generated during the normal operation of locomotives and EMUs, and can still operate normally when locomotives encounter harsh environments such as rain, snow, and sandstorms.

Basic installation methods and installation precautions for SIMO ZTP - 63 series motors.

Horizontal installation

Horizontal installation is the main installation method for railway locomotive motors. It comes with a base with feet (IMB3).

Vertical installation

Based on the on - site requirements of users, vertical installation can be customized. It is equipped with a flange (IMV1). In some special cases, double flanges are required for installation.

The motors are available in single - shaft extension or double - shaft extension types. For single - shaft extension motors, a tachogenerator or other speed - measuring devices can be installed at the non - driving end.

For motors with IMB3 and IMB35 installation methods, the position of the outlet box is on the left side of the motor frame (referred to as the "front - box") when viewed from the driving end. If users have special requirements, the outlet box can also be located on the right side of the motor frame (referred to as the "reverse - box") or above the motor frame. Motors with IMB10 and IMV10 installation methods do not have an outlet box.

The basic rotation direction of the motor is counter - clockwise when viewed from the driving end.
