Introduction
ZDT-315-2 series heavy duty dc motor is a new product designed and manufactured by China Simo Motor. with the latest technology based on our Z series medium-sized DC motor. It is specially used for sugar press roller drive. It is mainly used for sugar press roller machine and can meet the requirements of high efficiency, high reliability and high overload capacity of motors in the sugar making process. The cooling methods include IC06 (external ventilation with built-in blower), IC17 (cooling air inlet is pipe, outlet is shutter exhaust) and IC37 (cooling air inlet and outlet are pipes). The protection level is IP23 and IP44. The insulation level is F.
The machine base adopts a thin steel plate polygonal lamination structure with small size and light weight. The stator and rotor are vacuum pressure impregnated (VPI) with solvent-free paint, which has good moisture resistance and mechanical strength.
The base speed overload capacity is 2.5 times the rated current, and the high-speed overload capacity is 1.8 times the rated current. The current change rate (di/dt) is allowed to reach 200 times the rated current/second.
